Returns Policy

At REDFORD LONDON, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our returns policy.

Conditions for Returns

  • You may only register a return once you have physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

  • Trying items on is permitted, but wearing them is not allowed.

  • The return of products that have been deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of (partly) returning them is not permitted.

Returns Process

  1. Register your return via info@redfordlondon.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. You will receive from us the return address of our supplier (based in China).

  3. You return the item entirely at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping costs.

  4. We always recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.

Refund
After receipt of the item at the return address and approval of the condition of the product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking shows that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect address has been provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Errors in the address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
